CompizConfig設定マネージャ(ccsm)にて、ウィンドウ・マネジメント->Place Windows
Window placement workaroundsのチェックを外すと、JDの配置補正が上手く動かない。
その後、チェックを入れても上手く配置されないこともある。

チェックを外している理由は、チェックを入れてるとFirefoxが上手く配置できなかったから。

その他のPlace Windows上での設定。
一般タブ->Placement Mode [Centered]
Fixed Window Placementタブ->Windows with fixed positionsの設定内容（一部）
class=Gnome-terminal 130 200
class=Firefox 200 50
JDも配置しているときは、class=Jd 350 50 の設定。
