PHPを.tar.gzの形でダウンロード後

tar -xvfz php~

として展開しました。その後makefileを作成するために

./configure

とすると以下のようなエラーが表示されました。

駆け出しのLinux初心者なものでどう対処していいのか分かりません。どうすればよいのか、よろしくお願いします。
