リフレッシュレートを65Hz程度に抑えたい。
メニューから[システム] -> [管理] -> [ディスプレイ] で画面の設定を変更後、

となっているんですが、液晶モニタ自体の設定を見ると(入力信号)リフレッシュレートは75Hzと表示されているので
xorg.confのVertRefreshは無視されているように思えます。
もしかしてxorg.confより優先される他の設定ファイルが存在しますか？
諸事情によりリフレッシュレートを60-65Hz程度に抑えたいので。
xorg.confにある通り、モニタはGeneric LCD Display、ビデオカードはfedora付属のintel Integrated Graphics Chipsetsです。
