元caps+f(小文字)を押したときに Ctrl+F(大文字)を押したことになっていますね。
これはXorgかKDE側のバグの様です。JDでは小文字と大文字を厳密に区別するため
動作しないのは当然で、解決法としては以下が考えられます。

(1) nocapsを止めて swapcaps にする
(2) XorgかKDE側にバグ報告する
(3) 下のパッチを手動で当てて使う(ただし Ctrl+Shift+キー が効かなくなる)
