では、下記を FTP でやって、public_html の中に移してから、
> rename public_html public_html-tmp
> rename recovery200708 public_html

この public_html の中に入っている public_html （まぎらわしい）を、
cgi 等を使ってコピーすればいいのでは。
cp -r public_html recovery200708

あとは FTP で好きな場所に置き直すと。
