コマンドプロンプトまたはMS-DOSプロンプト(9.X)で
C:\XXXXX >ping www.plala.or.jpを入力

pinging www.plala.or.jp [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] with 32 bytes of date:

出れば　plalaからPCのネットワークまでは問題ない。
xの部分は数字が表示される。www.plala.or.jp を使ったが
これでなくてもよい。特定のIPアドレスがわかればそれを入力してもよい。
