こんにちは。Windows XP、OE 6 を使っています。windows updateはまめにやっています。

ちょっと事情があり、約70通BCCで一斉送信しました。
しかし、何故か約40通は普通に送れたのですが、2日後に約20通が送れずに英文が返ってきてしまいました。
また、メールアドレスが間違っていることはなく、もう一度送れなかった約20通を送ってみたら、
問題なく送れました。

送れない約20通の送信先は、どれもドコモの携帯でした。

この症状が最近ずっと続いていて困っています。
何か対処法はあるのでしょうか。。。お願いします。
返ってきた英文は下記です。
