勧告Recommendation
２月２８日０９時３３分、岡山県沿岸に津波警報が発令されたことから、
水島港在泊船舶等は、水島港津波対応計画［大・中型船舶］に基づき、
避難海域又は安全な海域に退避すること。
また、小型船舶にあっては、原則として陸揚げ固縛又は港外退避することとし、
止むを得ず陸揚げ固縛又は港外退避ができない場合は増しもやい等の係留強化を行うこと。
なお、これらの措置は人命の安全を最優先とし、時間的余裕のある範囲で行うこと。

As a tsunami warning was issued at ０９：３３ on February 28, along
the coast of Okayama Prefecture, the vessels berthing/mooring in the Port of
Mizushima and those entering or departing the port shall be evacuated to
the emergency areas or other safe sea areas based on the Port Mizushima
Anti-Tsunami Contingency Plan [Large/Medium-Sized Vessels].
Small-sized ships shall be placed on land and securely tied up, or
evacuated outside the port as a general rule. If these measures are not
practicable, reinforce moorage by increasing the number of mooring ropes,
and so on.
