自分も「シュッツが命名」という理解だったので、
手持ちの解説などを調べてみたんだが・・・

ヒリアー＆タピオラ室内合唱団のCD(FINLANDIA)の
プログラムノートにはこうあった。

Heinrich Schutz, alias Henricus Sagittarius (he rather liked the Latin version of his name),
embarked on the preparations for his own funeral two years before he actually died
by asking the composer-poet Constantin Christian Dedekind (1628-1715)
to write a poem for his funeral. Dedekind agreed and dated the poem September 1, 1670.
In the same year Schutz chose the text for his funeral sermon verse 54 from Psalm 119.....

As his final work Schutz composed a sizable set of motets to which
he gave the title Schwanengesang - Swan Song.

ちょうどそのデーデキント（作曲家であり詩人とのこと）に対して、
シュッツ自身から追悼詩の委嘱がなされていた、という話。
この文章の書き手(Juha Hovinen)は、はっきりと自身で命名と書いてるね。

一般的には>>333のような理解もわからないではない。
しかし、シュッツ翁は旅立ちの準備をしてたわけだ。
つくづくカッコイイ。
