Questo nome e molto probabilmente di origine francese. Sappi che
in Francia, nei dintorni di Cholet, fra Nantes e Angers, all'ovest sotto la
Bretagna c'e un posto che si chiama Bois Lavau !! (La E mancante puo' essere
andata persa col tempo; la pronuncia rimane identica e questo tipo di
modifica e abbastanza fraquente in francese. Fra l'altro Testard e pure un
cognome assai comune nella regione. dovresti cercare da quelle parti
