その理由としては７つほどあげられていて、

それぞれの項目に対してさらに説明があるが、斜め読みして特にムカついたのが、４と５。
４＝「消費者は並行輸入により損害をこうむる」というのは内容読んでも噴飯もので、
どこが消費者の立場からの意見じゃい？と思うし、５に至ってはチャンチャラおかしすぎ。

みんなが関心ある流れで言えば、５大メジャーを含む世界の大手レコード会社連合体は、還流盤の阻止
どころでなく眼中に無く、輸入盤全体の日本への並行輸入の差し止めを念頭においてあることが分かる。

つまりエイベッ糞の社長＝日本レコード協会会長の参院委員会での話は嘘と言うことになる。
おそらく会長はこのパブリック・コメントを知ってた上で、輸入盤阻止なんてありえませんとかいってたと思われ。
