Subject: I'd like you to make use of shock absorbers!

Thank you for your notification of the shipment delay. I
understand the Anner Bylsma - 70 Years Limited Edition are
still not released yet.
By the way, as for the previous order of mine, a few titles
of Quadromania have suffered the loss of CD stoppers for hold-
ing, and the title of Bruckner's symphonies has suffered the
complete loss of stoppers of CD 3 and CD 4.
This is mainly because, I guess, you don't make use of
shock absorbers such as air cushions, and partly because of
the defect of the plastics material.
I'd appreciate and be very happy if you make use of shock
absorbers for the shipment of the following order of mine,
though it has only 13 titles and weighs less than 2 kilograms.
